Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolhapur for a Field Sales Specialist. In this role, the specialist will generate leads, build and maintain relationships with customers, identify and address customer needs, and execute effective sales strategies. Additional tasks include preparing and delivering sales presentations, consulting on client-specific requirements, and supporting ongoing sales operations. The Field Sales Specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Lead Generation to actively identify and convert potential opportunities into successful partnerships.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, market research techniques, and basic technical knowledge related to industrial solutions is a plus.
