Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Sales Executive role based in Nashik, with flexibility for some remote work. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities in the real estate market, developing strong client relationships, conducting property viewings and negotiations, and supporting clients through the leasing, buying, and selling processes. The candidate will work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and help clients optimize their real estate portfolios.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills
  • Strong Communication, Relationship-Building, and Interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Nashik and the surrounding areas
  • Experience in Property Leasing, Commercial Real Estate, and Transaction Management
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and related sales software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
