About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated Sales Executive who can drive sales for our Odoo ERP solutions, digital marketing services, and website/portal development offerings. This is a performance-oriented role suited for individuals who are passionate about technology solutions, client communication, and achieving sales targets.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a desire to build a career in IT sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, social media outreach, email campaigns, networking, and field visits.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for Odoo ERP, digital marketing, and web development services.
- Conduct research to understand target industries and client needs.
Client Engagement
- Present and explain company services Odoo modules/customization, digital marketing solutions, website/portal development.
- Schedule demos, meetings, and follow-ups with prospects.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals.
- Coordinate with the technical/operations team to ensure smooth project handover after closure.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and client communication logs.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to the management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn about Odoo ERP, digital marketing concepts, and web technologies.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of IT/Software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
