About the Role

We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated Sales Executive who can drive sales for our Odoo ERP solutions, digital marketing services, and website/portal development offerings. This is a performance-oriented role suited for individuals who are passionate about technology solutions, client communication, and achieving sales targets.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a desire to build a career in IT sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, social media outreach, email campaigns, networking, and field visits.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for Odoo ERP, digital marketing, and web development services.
  • Conduct research to understand target industries and client needs.

Client Engagement

  • Present and explain company services Odoo modules/customization, digital marketing solutions, website/portal development.
  • Schedule demos, meetings, and follow-ups with prospects.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals.
  • Coordinate with the technical/operations team to ensure smooth project handover after closure.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and client communication logs.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to the management.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn about Odoo ERP, digital marketing concepts, and web technologies.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of IT/Software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
