Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, creating and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role involves understanding client needs, promoting company products and services, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to meet client expectations will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales, including lead generation, client management, and contract negotiation
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage clients and foster long-term relationships
  • Knowledge in IT solutions, e-commerce platforms, CRM applications, and digital marketing is highly desirable
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and strategize sales initiatives
  • Experience in managing projects or accounts within the IT or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to work on-site in Surat and contribute to a collaborative, innovative team environment
