Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, managing customer inquiries, presenting product offerings, and closing sales deals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and staying updated on the latest IT certification offerings to address client needs effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Understanding of IT Certifications and Technology Training services is a plus
  • Strong Market Research and Analytical abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
