Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Jasola. The Field Sales Executive will identify and engage potential clients, build and maintain relationships, and deliver tailored event and staffing solutions. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including , client relationship management, and closing deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for pitching services and negotiating contracts
• Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and understanding customer needs
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Previous experience in event management or staffing solutions is a plus
• Proficiency in tools and software for creating presentations and maintaining customer records
• Flexibility to travel locally as required
