Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct product demonstrations of Crew.inc's HRMS platform, and clearly communicate the value proposition to key decision-makers. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in line with revenue targets. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, gather market feedback, and support go-to-market initiatives. The Sales Executive will also maintain relationships with existing clients, ensure a smooth handover to implementation teams, and contribute to ongoing account growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management, preferably in SaaS or HR tech.
- Strong abilities in consultative selling, product demonstration, and value-based negotiations with business stakeholders.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to track performance and forecast revenue.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or enterprise solutions is highly beneficial; exposure to HRMS, payroll, or workforce management products is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, travel for client meetings as needed, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
