Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, including generating leads, scheduling and conducting property visits, and following up with prospective clients. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property options, negotiating terms, and coordinating documentation and closing procedures. The role involves maintaining updated knowledge of local property listings, market trends, and pricing, as well as building relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders. The Real Estate Sales Executive will also prepare basic reports on sales activities, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the internal team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and working knowledge of Real Estate regulations and local market practices.
  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and client relationship skills, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to inquiries.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive environment.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property laws, documentation processes, and basic legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include good communication skills in English and local languages, familiarity with CRM or lead management tools, and basic computer proficiency.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or related fields is preferred, and a results-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team is important.
