Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving sales of Cazano's bathroom accessories and tiles portfolio. Day-to-day activities include identifying and approaching prospective customers, conducting product presentations and showroom walkthroughs, and building strong relationships with retailers, architects, interior designers, and end customers. The role involves managing inquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals while maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM or sales tracking tools. The Sales Executive collaborates closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries, high service standards, and ongoing customer satisfaction, while meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and account management.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities to explain product features, benefits, and design options clearly.
  • Basic understanding of retail, interiors, or building materials markets; experience in bathroom fittings, tiles, or related segments is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage field visits, and maintain a professional approach with diverse customer profiles.
  • Proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking tools, MS Office, and maintaining organized documentation of sales activities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; equivalent practical experience in sales will be considered.
  • Comfort with flexible working hours aligned to customer and showroom requirements, and readiness to travel locally for client meetings.
