About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling design-led interiors firm operating across India, we specialize in end-to-end commercial and residential space transformation—blending smart layouts, material innovation, and client-centric storytelling to deliver experiential interiors. Our team partners with architects, developers, and corporates to turn vision into realized spaces that inspire and function. We're scaling our sales engine to meet surging demand across cities like Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, and Pune.

Hiring for Location: Motera

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads across B2B (corporates, developers) and B2C (HNI clients) segments via direct outreach, site visits, and design consultations.
  • Prepare and present customized interior design proposals, budgets, and timelines aligned with client briefs and space constraints.
  • Collaborate with in-house designers and project managers to ensure seamless handoff from concept to execution.
  • Track and report pipeline metrics weekly, forecast sales, and maintain CRM hygiene with accurate client status updates.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and partner meetups to build referral networks and pipeline.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage client objections, and ensure post-sale handover to project delivery for retention and referrals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Microsoft Excel
  • CRM tools
  • Interior design software familiarity (SketchUp, Revit, or 3D Max preferred)
  • Client presentation & negotiation skills
  • Project coordination experience
  • Commercial interiors sales experience
  • Strong verbal & written English communication
  • Preferred
  • Experience with modular furniture or FF&E vendors
  • Portfolio of closed interior design projects (residential or commercial)
  • Knowledge of Indian building codes or material sourcing networks
