Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Kochi is for a Sales Executive at CRC Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and managing sales cycles from initiation to close. Additional duties include meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and maintaining records of sales activities. Strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction is a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills to effectively communicate value propositions and close deals.
• Proven ability in customer relationship management and business development.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience in the education or recruitment sectors is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
