About Role:
ISPG is seeking enthusiastic and driven BDE to join the team. As a BDE, you will support our sales activities, learn the ropes of IT sales, and play a vital role in helping us grow our business. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Job Location: Infopark, Kochi
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviour and competition to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead generation, prospecting, and research activities.
- Support in preparing sales and other client-facing materials.
- Engage with potential clients via email, calls, and social media platforms.
- Follow up with leads and assist in nurturing customer relationships.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client and lead information.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive positioning.
- Support administrative tasks related to the sales process, such as scheduling meetings or preparing reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven expertise in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to pitch and negotiate effectively
- Goal-oriented mindset with effective time-management and organizational abilities
- Experience in a similar role or a related field.
- Should schedule 10-15 quality meetings with the Sales Head on a monthly basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Background in Business and Account Management skills to handle client relationships and deliver results.
