About Role:

ISPG is seeking enthusiastic and driven BDE to join the team. As a BDE, you will support our sales activities, learn the ropes of IT sales, and play a vital role in helping us grow our business. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Experience Required: 1-2 Years

Job Location: Infopark, Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, customer behaviour and competition to identify growth opportunities. 
  • Lead generation, prospecting, and research activities.
  • Support in preparing sales and other client-facing materials.
  • Engage with potential clients via email, calls, and social media platforms.
  • Follow up with leads and assist in nurturing customer relationships.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client and lead information.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive positioning.
  • Support administrative tasks related to the sales process, such as scheduling meetings or preparing reports.  

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to pitch and negotiate effectively
  • Goal-oriented mindset with effective time-management and organizational abilities
  • Experience in a similar role or a related field.
  • Should schedule 10-15 quality meetings with the Sales Head on a monthly basis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus but not mandatory. 
  • Background in Business and Account Management skills to handle client relationships and deliver results.
