Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager specializing in EdTech Sales, based in Kochi. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving enrollment for Offenso's cybersecurity training programs. The individual will develop and manage sales strategies, communicate with prospective clients, deliver impactful presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives. Success in this role will directly impact the organization's growth and brand visibility in the competitive EdTech sector.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in developing and executing EdTech sales strategies, identifying potential clients, and implementing action plans to meet targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, deliver compelling pitches, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and customer relationship management skills with proven experience in closing deals.
  • A strong understanding of the EdTech market and sales trends, preferably with experience in selling training programs, courses, or related services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to align on strategic objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology for sales tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in the EdTech sector or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory.
