Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Manager located in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing client issues promptly. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, conducting regular client reviews, and identifying opportunities to improve products and services through feedback.
