Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, nurture relationships, and convert leads into sales.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable cloud computing solutions.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Bharath Cloud's services.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to develop customised proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Provide post-sales support, address customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the organisation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and the public cloud platform industry is preferred.
- Knowledge in the following domains is preferred - Windows, Linux, networking, Database management, Python.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
