Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive for Yes Property will be responsible for driving real estate sales by identifying customer needs, engaging with property buyers, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Daily responsibilities include property presentations, client relationship management, negotiation, and providing market insights. The role requires strong interpersonal and sales skills to establish trust and close deals effectively. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru North.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Real Estate markets and expertise in properties, Real Estate, and Real Property
- Exceptional Customer Service and strong Sales skills
- Holding a valid Real Estate License (preferred)
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Experience in the Bengaluru real estate market or similar metropolitan settings is a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment and adapt to customer needs
