Purpose of the Role:
Responsible to drive sales of our company products and solutions. The role involves meeting potential clients, generating leads, conducting product demos, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with Business Owners, and decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate our solutions tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with the inside sales and technical team for product demos and onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and technology advancements.
- Collect market feedback and provide insights to the product team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 0-3 year of experience in field sales (preferably SaaS/HRMS/ERP/Software sales).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage territory.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Basic understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Attendance, Leave, and Compliance) is a plus.
