Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales of the company's concrete and construction products. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring frequent interaction with clients and other teams.

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of construction materials and industry trends is an advantage
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into business opportunities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Chennai
