Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Regional Sales Management

  • Responsible for managing sales of water treatment chemicals (WTC) in the AhmedabadKutch region
  • Execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business goals
  • Drive market penetration and increase customer base in the assigned territory

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Plan and develop effective sales strategies for WTC products
  • Conduct market surveys and research to identify new opportunities
  • Prepare business plans and sales forecasts based on market insights and customer needs

Business Development & Contract Management

  • Close new business deals by identifying client requirements and offering suitable solutions
  • Coordinate the development and negotiation of contracts
  • Ensure smooth integration of contractual obligations with business operations

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide technical assistance and recommendations to clients
  • Prepare and submit technical proposals tailored to customer needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related concerns to ensure client satisfaction

Behavioural Profile

  • Must have relevant experience in the water treatment chemicals industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships
