Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Gujarat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and guiding clients through the sales process. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires proactive thinking, effective communication, and the ability to strategize sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills including client relationship building, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Market research, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities to understand and fulfill client needs
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work on-site in Gujarat and travel, if required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in B2B sales or project-based industries is an advantage
