Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our sales team for Zoho Implementation Services. Whether you're a fresher or have general sales experience, this role offers a great opportunity to build a career in the growing field of cloud-based business software. You'll help businesses streamline their operations using the Zoho suite of applications, including Zoho CRM, Books, Projects, and more.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
  • Understand client needs and explain how Zoho products can help automate and improve their business processes.
  • Set up and attend discovery calls or meetings with support from the pre-sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions using Zoho CRM.
  • Support the preparation of proposals and pricing discussions. Learn about Zoho products and services through internal training and hands- on exposure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with guidance and support from senior team members.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Who Can Apply:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (any industry).
  • Individuals with a passion for technology, SaaS, or business software solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn about Zoho products and how they solve real business problems.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and good at building relationships.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Prior exposure to CRM tools or business software.
  • Basic understanding of business operations (sales, finance, support, inventory).
  • Familiarity with the Zoho ecosystem is a plus.
