Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, driving sales initiatives, presenting NoBrokerHood's solutions to prospective customers, and achieving defined sales targets. This role entails building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, creating tailored proposals, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies and contribute to the company's growth goals will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and sales.
  • Freshers can also apply.
  • Should have Proficient Communication in English and Hindi.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and present tailored solutions effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and an understanding of sales processes and pipelines.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Passion for technology-driven solutions and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Relevant experience in the real estate, property management, or technology sectors is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
