Requirements
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
- Understand client needs and explain how Zoho products can help automate and improve their business processes.
- Set up and attend discovery calls or meetings with support from the pre-sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions using Zoho CRM.
- Support the preparation of proposals and pricing discussions. Learn about Zoho products and services through internal training and hands- on exposure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with guidance and support from senior team members.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Who Can Apply:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (any industry).
- Individuals with a passion for technology, SaaS, or business software solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
