Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Field Sales and Closing Executive. The responsibilities include meeting potential clients to understand their property needs, showcasing suitable properties, and effectively communicating property features and benefits. Additional tasks involve negotiating sales terms, assisting with contracts, and ensuring a smooth closing process. Executives are also expected to maintain a robust knowledge of the real estate market, pricing trends, and competitor activities, while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Sales skills, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation abilities
  • Real Estate Knowledge and an understanding of property transactions
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail to manage client interactions and transaction processes
  • Ability to work independently at client locations and handle multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Relevant experience in real estate will be an added advantage
  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
