About the RoleSona Signature is looking for a driven Sales Executive to expand our B2B footprint across schools, corporates, hospitality, healthcare and institutional clients. The role focuses on lead conversion, relationship building and closing bulk uniform orders.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and manage B2B leads across institutional segments
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and product walkthroughs
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close deals
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines
- Build long-term relationships with procurement and decision-makers
Requirements- Proven experience in B2B sales (uniforms, textiles, apparel or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field sales and client visits
- Result-oriented mindset with ownership of targets
