Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive

Location: Gurugram (On-ground role)

Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 per month

Experience Required: 3–6 years in Sales/BD roles, preferably in premium consumer goods, lifestyle, or wellness sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Interact confidently with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and premium clientele, effectively communicating the brand value.
  • Drive subscription sales by presenting and upselling package options.
  • Build and manage B2B partnerships with RWAs, wellness brands, gated communities, and premium residential complexes.
  • Represent NoN at exhibitions, events, and community gatherings.
  • Maintain and update lead funnels, track conversions, and report KPIs to the leadership team.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and uphold the brand's premium positioning.
  • Basic understanding of agriculture or agronomy is a plus.
  • The role is based in Gurgaon – strong familiarity with the Gurgaon area and its premium residential zones is essential.

Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – fluent, confident, and well-spoken in English and Hindi.
  • Proven track record in sales, BD, or client-facing roles with a premium audience.
  • Comfortable with on-ground activations and fieldwork.
  • Self-starter, enthusiastic, and capable of taking ownership.
  • Experience with CRM tools and reporting is a plus.
