Job Description

The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and meeting both weekly and monthly targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to thrive under pressure. As a member of the sales team, you will work to promote and sell travel products, manage leads, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation:

  • Identify and target potential clients, including individuals, corporate clients, and travel agencies.
  • Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and services to meet sales targets.
  • Engage with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to drive sales.
  • Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Assist in the development of sales materials and promotional strategies.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Work Under Pressure & Meet Deadlines

  • Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle multiple client accounts and inquiries simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and targets are met without compromising service quality.
  • Work effectively in both individual and team settings, maintaining focus on achieving goals.

Market Research

  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Analyze competitors offerings and identify new sales opportunities.

Sales Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Track sales progress against targets and recommend strategies to meet or exceed goals.

Customer Support

  • Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their travel experience.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of bookings, cancellations, and changes.

Skills And Qualification

  • Graduate in any field (B.A., B.Com., BBA, or any other discipline).
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and customer needs.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

Qualification and Soft Skills:

  • Monday to Saturday.
  • Day Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
