The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and meeting both weekly and monthly targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to thrive under pressure. As a member of the sales team, you will work to promote and sell travel products, manage leads, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients, including individuals, corporate clients, and travel agencies.
- Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and services to meet sales targets.
- Engage with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to drive sales.
- Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Assist in the development of sales materials and promotional strategies.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Work Under Pressure & Meet Deadlines
- Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle multiple client accounts and inquiries simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and targets are met without compromising service quality.
- Work effectively in both individual and team settings, maintaining focus on achieving goals.
Market Research
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in the travel and tourism industry.
- Analyze competitors offerings and identify new sales opportunities.
Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Track sales progress against targets and recommend strategies to meet or exceed goals.
Customer Support
- Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their travel experience.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of bookings, cancellations, and changes.
Skills And Qualification
- Graduate in any field (B.A., B.Com., BBA, or any other discipline).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and customer needs.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours
Qualification and Soft Skills:
- Monday to Saturday.
- Day Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
