Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, and converting opportunities into successful sales. Responsibilities include delivering compelling product presentations, understanding client energy needs, preparing proposals, and attaining sales targets. The Sales Executive will work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored clean energy solutions and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in building client relationships and achieving targets
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and creating sales strategies tailored to customers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of renewable energy solutions, such as solar panels and hybrid systems, is an asset
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in renewable energy or a related industry is an advantage
  • A growth-oriented mindset and a passion for sustainability and renewable energy
