Role Description
The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging existing and potential customers, promoting diagnostic services, and supporting sales growth through effective communication. The role requires strong persuasion skills, customer-centricity, and the ability to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Call existing and potential customers to promote and sell company products and services.
- Accurately record customer purchase order details.
- Process customer purchases as per company protocols.
- Generate qualified leads for the outside sales team to follow up on.
- Manage customer accounts to ensure continued satisfaction with products and services.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Use company-provided sales scripts to drive sales and handle customer objections professionally.
- Develop a strong understanding of products and services to recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets related to call volume and sales conversions.
