Role Description

We are seeking a Presales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, India. The Presales Executive will focus on engaging with potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, and conducting client consultations. Responsibilities include creating tailored proposals, responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and presenting solutions to meet client requirements. This role involves close collaboration with the sales team to drive business growth by providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Lead Generation and responding to RFPs
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales, with the ability to effectively present and close deals
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
