Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Agra. In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, driving sales, and offering tailored product recommendations to meet individual preferences. Daily responsibilities will include managing store operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role requires a proactive approach in identifying opportunities to upsell and contribute to overall store success.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in relationship building and rapport development
  • Analytical and organizational skills for inventory management and reporting
  • Basic computer literacy and knowledge of retail management systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales goals
  • Previous experience in retail or jewelry sales is an advantage
  • Passion for jewelry and an understanding of fine jewelry trends is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
