Role Description

The International Sales Executive will be responsible for selling international tour packages to clients, handling inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role focuses on B2C sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred)
  • 15 years of experience in international tour sales (India-based clients)
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may apply
  • Knowledge of international destinations and visa processes is an advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries for international tour packages from Indian customers
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings
  • Understand client travel preferences, budgets, and timelines
  • Customize international itineraries as per client requirements
  • Explain inclusions, exclusions, visa requirements, and payment policies clearly
  • Follow up with prospects until deal closure
  • Coordinate with vendors for flights, hotels, visas, and ground services
  • Maintain booking details, client data, and payment records
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales support
  • Stay updated with international destinations, seasons, and travel regulations
