Role Description
- Inside Sales Executive This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.
- The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for managing fresh leads, conducting regular follow-ups, and converting potential prospects into successful enrollments for overseas education and international career opportunities.
- The role involves interacting with potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other digital communication platforms to provide detailed information about the services offered by company.
- The candidate will guide prospective students and candidates through the initial consultation stage and coordinate closely with the counseling team to ensure smooth conversion and enrollment.
- The Inside Sales Executive will play a crucial role in strengthening the lead pipeline, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and contributing towards achieving the company's monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle daily calling on fresh leads generated through social media, digital marketing campaigns, and referral networks.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects and maintain proper call and communication records.
- Provide clear information about study visa services, overseas career opportunities, and other international programs and services offered by the company.
- Convert leads into qualified prospects and schedule counseling sessions with the counseling team.
- Maintain and update lead data and interaction details in CRM systems and Excel reports.
- Coordinate with the counseling, documentation, and operations teams to ensure smooth client processing.
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients to generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to Team Leaders and Sales Managers.
- Ensure professional communication and a positive client experience throughout the sales process. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the sales process and lead conversion techniques.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and systematic follow-ups.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Language proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati with basic English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field. Experience Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Teleselling, or Customer Acquisition.
- Experience in education consultancy, visa consultancy, or service-based sales will be considered an added advantage.
Salary : Upto 2.5 LPA.
