Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Tele Sales Executive within the Pre-Sales Department, located in Ahmedabad. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, engaging potential clients via phone calls, and providing them with accurate information about the company's real estate offerings. You will handle inquiries, build strong customer relationships, maintain detailed records of interactions, and coordinate with the sales team for seamless follow-ups. Proactively addressing client concerns and understanding their property requirements will be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation, Client Outreach, and Qualification
- Strong communication skills, including Active Listening and Persuasion
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and maintain detailed and organized records
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer operations
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages is an advantage
- School-Gead, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred
- Previous experience in real estate or telesales is a plus
