Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at our Malviya Nagar, New Delhi office. In this role, your primary focus will be engaging new leads, converting them into loyal clients, and managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
Mandatory Requirement: The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of prior experience working within a CA Firm or an Accounting/Consulting Firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Actively work on new leads, engage potential clients, and successfully convert them into business opportunities.
Client Query Resolution: Handle all queries and questions from new clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and trust.
Account Management: Generate client orders, manage onboarding, and ensure timely payment collection and follow-ups.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with newly onboarded clients by acting as their primary point of contact during the sales process.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales or business development experience strictly within a CA firm or Accounting/Consultancy.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and pitch accounting/taxation services effectively.
Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to handling customer objections.
