Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth across hardware procurement, software licensing, field services and project services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with IT distributors, OEMs, system integrators or technology services organizations and possess a solid understanding of global procurement and IT services delivery across APAC, Europe and North America. The role requires a combination of hunting, account development, solution selling and vendor relationship management to identify new opportunities and expand Axiom's global footprint

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

● Identify, develop and close new business opportunities for hardware, software and IT services across global markets.

● Drive revenue growth through direct customers, channel partners, system integrators and global service providers.

● Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across APAC, Europe and the United States.

● Conduct customer meetings, solution presentations, capability discussions and commercial negotiations.

● Develop strategic relationships with enterprise customers and procurement stakeholders.

Hardware & Software Sales:

● Source and sell IT hardware including laptops, desktops, servers, storage, networking equipment, peripherals and end-user devices.

● Work closely with distributors, OEMs and vendor partners to secure competitive pricing and availability.

● Develop opportunities around software licensing, subscriptions, renewals and bundled solutions.

● Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to deliver timely quotations and proposals.

IT Services Sales

● Promote Axiom's global Field Services and Smart Hands capabilities.

● Drive opportunities for Experience selling Field Services, Infrastructure Support, Data Centre Services, End User Computing Services and Managed IT Services.

● Collaborate with technical teams to build customer-specific solutions and Statements of Work (SOWs).

Vendor & Partner Management

● Maintain strong relationships with distributors, OEMs and strategic technology partners.

● Identify partnership opportunities that support business growth objectives.

Proposal & Commercial Management

● Prepare customer proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial responses.

● Work with solution architects and delivery teams on project estimation and pricing.

● Ensure profitability targets and gross margin objectives are achieved.

Required Skills & Experience:

● 6–10 years of experience in IT sales, technology distribution, hardware procurement or

IT services sales.

● Experience working within the IT channel ecosystem, including OEMs, distributors,

partners and global IT services companies.

● Strong understanding of global hardware procurement processes and vendor ecosystems.

● Understanding of global field services and data centre support delivery models.

● Experience selling managed services, project services and infrastructure support solutions.

● Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

● Experience working with international customers and global procurement teams.

● Excellent presentation, communication and proposal-writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.

● Existing relationships with distributors and OEM partners across APAC, Europe or North America.

● Experience working with multinational customers and global accounts.

● Exposure to RFP, RFQ and tender response processes.
