Role Description

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with local businesses and agencies. This full-time, on-site role, based in Gurugram, involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, conducting product demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The person in this role will build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies, and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends. Daily responsibilities include maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and representing RightChoice.ai at meetings, events, and presentations. The Senior Sales Executive will also mentor junior sales team members and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and playbooks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of 6-8 years in B2B software or SaaS sales, preferably in marketing, advertising, or digital solutions.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling, and closing complex deals.
  • Ability to conduct compelling product demonstrations and communicate value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM tools and working towards ambitious revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in local marketing, SEO, or directory/listing management is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
