Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our team on-site in Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat, Amreli. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, building strong customer relationships, presenting tailored solar energy solutions, and generating sales leads. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and providing exceptional support throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills including client engagement, contract negotiation, and lead conversion
  • Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and creating tailored sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building positive client relationships
  • Knowledge or experience in renewable energy, with a focus on solar energy projects, is a plus
  • Project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Energy, or a related field preferred
  • Strong aptitude for problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability
