Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing sales leads, and achieving set revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their needs, negotiating contracts, and following up with prospective and current clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records and providing insights for strategy development.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales or CRM software
• Results-driven and goal-oriented approach to achieving targets
• Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, with preference for experience in the electrical industry
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
