Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune, Mumbai and Bangalore region for a Technical Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and providing technical solutions to customer needs. Key activities include preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, collaborating with engineering teams to address client requirements, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and advancements in bioprocessing technologies.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of bioprocessing technologies.
  • Experience in technical sales, customer relationship management, and business development
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate in to appropriate problem statement.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools
  • Drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
  • Fresher/ with prior experience in the biopharmaceutical or related industries will be appreciated.
