Sales Executive

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Executive based in Jaipur. The role involves conducting market research, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships to drive revenue growth. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and developing effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives. This position requires proactive engagement with potential clients and stakeholders, along with frequent travel to meet prospective customers, explore new markets, and strengthen existing business relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and account management
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyse industry trends
• Understanding of sales strategy development and execution
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets and perform effectively under pressure
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for client meetings and business development
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office or similar software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in a relevant industry or a similar role will be an added advantage
