Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive responsible for generating high-quality leads through outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate and schedule high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Identify customer needs, understand requirements, and provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Research customer concerns and provide suitable solutions or alternatives.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.
  • Manage a high volume of outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain proper records of all customer interactions and update the CRM system as per company standards.
  • Meet individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and sales aptitude.
  • Ask for the next meeting/appointment confidently and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales process and customer handling
  • Ability to handle objections and close conversations positively
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM handling preferred)
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
