Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive responsible for generating high-quality leads through outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate and schedule high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Identify customer needs, understand requirements, and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Research customer concerns and provide suitable solutions or alternatives.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Manage a high volume of outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain proper records of all customer interactions and update the CRM system as per company standards.
- Meet individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and sales aptitude.
- Ask for the next meeting/appointment confidently and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales process and customer handling
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations positively
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM handling preferred)
