Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing technical solutions, and promoting the company's factory automation, Industrial Automtion solutions , and quality assurance products. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients to demonstrate solutions, offering technical support, preparing proposals, and managing customer relationships. The role requires close collaboration with the engineering team to devise customized solutions and ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales techniques, with the ability to understand and communicate technical products effectively
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and resolving customer technical inquiries
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and presentations
• Strong Customer Service mindset and a commitment to building long-term client relationships
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
• Experience in Sales of Rittal, Siemens, Omron & Other factory automation, machine vision, or industrial solutions is an asset
