Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Engineer based in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing technical solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include generating and maintaining client relationships, creating and presenting product demonstrations, assisting customers with technical support, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and collaboration with the sales and technical teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and develop client relationships
  • Experience in Technical Support and the ability to understand and advise on complex technical systems and products
  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and build rapport with clients
  • Customer Service expertise to provide excellent client support and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
