Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and providing tailored aerial access solutions. The role includes offering technical support, explaining product features, handling customer inquiries, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales and Sales Engineering, with the ability to identify client needs and generate business opportunities
• Proficiency in Technical Support and understanding of technical aspects related to aerial access equipment
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact, negotiate, and collaborate with clients and team members
• Customer Service experience to provide exceptional client support and ensure satisfaction
• Problem-solving ability and familiarity with safety regulations relevant to aerial access solutions
• Willingness to work on-site in Navi Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, or a related field is preferred
