Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide technical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Responsibilities include delivering expert technical support, presenting product solutions, preparing proposals, assisting in pre-sales and post-sales activities, and building strong customer relationships to drive sales and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and a proven ability to understand technical products and solutions
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and resolving customer queries efficiently
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer challenges and provide tailored solutions
• Prior experience in the water treatment industry is an advantage
