Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Engineer who can drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting cutting tool solutions for manufacturing industries. The candidate should possess strong technical understanding of machining processes and the ability to provide application-based solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and engineering industries.
  • Promote and sell cutting tools, tooling systems, and machining solutions to industrial clients.
  • Understand customer machining requirements and recommend appropriate tooling solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and client visits.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for application support and product development feedback.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales reports, client updates, and pipeline tracking.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of Metal Cutting Tools and Machining Processes
  • Understanding of CNC machining, turning, milling, and tooling applications
  • Ability to recommend tooling solutions for industrial manufacturing needs

Preferred Qualification

  • Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in Industrial Sales / Cutting Tools / Machine Tools / Manufacturing Solutions
