Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Engineer with min. 1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring excellent after-sales service. You will act as a liaison between the company and customers, helping to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company products and solutions to new and existing clients.
Provide technical consultation and assistance to clients regarding product features and applications.
Conduct product demonstrations and trainings as required.
Diagnose and resolve on-site service issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports of sales activities and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the technical team for timely service and maintenance support.
Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, or related field.
1 years of proven experience in sales and technical service of similar products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical knowledge of products/services being offered.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM software and MS Office suite.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
