This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Applications Engineer located in Pune. The role involves engaging with clients to understand technical and commercial requirements, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support. Additionally, the professional will collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies, prepare technical proposals, and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.

• Technical skills in engineering concepts, product knowledge, and applications engineering
• Experience in sales strategy development, client engagement, and relationship building
• Ability to create and deliver presentations, proposals, and technical demonstrations
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for customer-specific solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines
• Previous experience in a sales or applications engineering role preferred
• Readiness to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools or software is a plus
