Designation - Technical Sales & Service Engineer

Location - Pune

Industry : Adhesive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Assemble and test electrical panels for industrial applications
  • Initiate AMC with customer
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads to generate sales
  • Provide technical support and conduct product demonstrations for clients
  • Collaborate with the team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote company products
  • Support project execution and customer onboarding activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and principals for technical clarifications
  • Assist in product trials and feedback collection from customers
  • Ensure alignment with customer expectations, compliance standards, and service timelines

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or similar)
  • 0-4 years of experience in technical sales, customer engagement, or industrial product support
  • Strong technical aptitude and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, demos, and industry events
